- Expedited Shipping:
- Delivery Time: Typically 2-3 business days.
- Cost: $14.99.
All delivery times are estimates, and delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping:
- Cost: $7.99 for all orders under $100.
- Free on orders over $100 (within the United States).
- Expedited Shipping:
- Cost: $14.99 for all orders, regardless of order value.
Additional charges may apply for special delivery requests or international shipping (not currently available).
3. Shipping Locations
LIFETOPIX currently offers shipping services within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We deliver to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
4. Delivery Times
Standard Shipping:
Orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. This is an estimated time frame and may vary depending on your location and external factors like weather or holidays.Expedited Shipping:
Orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping is processed as quickly as possible and prioritized for faster delivery.
Please note that the delivery time does not include the processing time for orders, which is typically 1-2 business days.
5. Order Processing Time
All orders placed on LIFETOPIX are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience delays in processing. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. You can track the status of your order by visiting the tracking link provided in the email. If you have trouble tracking your order, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
7. Shipping Restrictions
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.Undeliverable Addresses:
If the delivery address is incorrect or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for re-shipping the order.
