2. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. How to Return an Item

- We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Please pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, you will be refunded for the original item.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at contact@lifetopix.xyz. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no extra cost to you.
- Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect to help us expedite the process.
